Three Horizons: Supporting Transformative Innovation

Envisioning the future of our organisations and supporting transformative innovation through complex, uncertain times can feel extraordinarily challenging. This programme introduces Three Horizons, a simple framework to help guide conversations about the future towards meaningful action. It supports leaders to map their changes, understand how to bring people with different views onto the same page, and work out what needs to be done today to step forward into the future.

  • Three x 3 hour online sessions: 24th & 31st Jan and 7th Feb, 2 - 5pm UK time

  • Two x 1 hour Q&A sessions (optional), 29th Jan and 5th Feb, 4 - 5pm UK time

Monday Monthly: Reconciliation: “If one person keeps calm and smiles at a provocation, the whole world will have a better chance for peace”

Our Monday Monthlies are an opportunity to come together with fellow leaders around a themed provocation. Slowing down to grapple with big questions, we ask what insights the theme can offer us as we seek to turn our Restless Energies into Spirited acts of Leadership.

Autumn Retreat

We are delighted to be offering this in-person Autumn gathering at beautiful Braziers Park, in the Chiltern Hills, Oxfordshire, UK.

Bringing existing community members together with those new to Leading Through Storms, we will explore what the climate, ecological and related crises mean in our lives and for our leadership.

Taking a step back from the everyday we will honestly inquire into the realities we face, and find nourishment and inspiration for the journey ahead.

Join our Leading Through Storms Retreat from 2pm Monday October 30th to 2pm Wednesday November 1st.
