Rules of thumb for change agents (1974)

Simple, practical, full of memorable phrases this paper stands the test of time. I draw great heart from it since my understanding of what might be going on around me, and how I can choose to respond is often informed from these words of the mid-1970s.

Published in Organization Development Practitioner 1975, but this seems to be a fair source for it.
